When the caller hangs up, the message reaches you by email with the name, the phone number and what they asked for.

- Answers the calls your business receives, gives information and takes orders, appointment requests or messages, and writes them down for you in a summary in your language. It says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call, and if a caller asks, it is set up to always tell the truth. It only answers incoming calls: it never makes sales calls.

How it's calculated
Each month = your plan + every monthly service you check. Upfront = the plan's setup + each service's setup + the one-time extras. With the Complete or Contractor plan the receptionist is already included, so it is not added again. Extra locations only count if there is a receptionist. Sales tax is not included. It is only arithmetic with your choices and our prices: we don't guess your sales or your "lost" calls.

Sign online and approve the first draft
We show you the first draft. You pay the setup fee only if you approve it: by bank debit from your business account (ACH) or by card, through a secure link. The monthly fee, at the start of each month.
We connect it with you
By phone or video call: you accept our invitations and dial one forwarding code on your phone. We do the rest, and nothing goes live without your OK.
What we need from you
- Website: your photos and your logo, if you have them. If you already have a domain, you give us access or we guide you; if not, we buy it in your name (about 12 USD a year).
- Google profile: you invite us as a manager. We send you the steps.
- Receptionist: your hours, what it may tell callers (services, prices, address), an email for your messages, and one forwarding code dialed on your phone. We give you the code for your phone company.
- To pay: your business bank account, or a card.
- Never: your passwords.

No tricks
In the complaints we read about agencies and small-business software, the most common were about cancelling, surprise charges and not knowing what was done. Our rules, in writing:
- Cancel by email or by phone at +1 515 308 4100, with 30 days' notice. Or write "cancel" to [email protected]. We confirm in writing within 1 business day. No calls to talk you out of it.
- Your number and your website are yours. The receptionist works by forwarding from your own number. If you leave, you get your website files in 2 business days.
- No surprise minutes. 300 minutes included on the full plan (100 on after-hours, 700 on Plus); if you get close to the limit, we email you (we check your minutes every week) and you choose: move up a plan or extra minutes at 0.25 USD; never an extra charge without your permission.
- What we delivered, every month. Each invoice lists, with dates, what we published, fixed and measured.
- No surprise price increases. Your price only changes with 30 days' written notice, and you can leave at no cost.
- A person reviews it. A person on our team reviews every case. We reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) and tell you who looks after your account.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with Hispanic businesses?
No. We work with any small business: restaurants, shops, auto repair, salons, contractors, churches, offices and more. We speak English and Spanish, which helps if you have customers in both languages.
Do I have to be in Council Bluffs or Omaha?
No. The website, the Google profile, the receptionist and the other online services are for all of Iowa and Nebraska (other states: write to us). Only visits, print and videos filmed at your business are for Council Bluffs and Omaha.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long contract: cancel with 30 days' notice. The current month is not refunded. One email or one call to +1 515 308 4100 is enough: see No tricks.
Can you promise me more customers or a top spot on Google?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. We promise the work written in your proposal, and every month we show you what we did and what we measured.
Who owns my website and my domain?
You do. Your domain and your accounts are in your name, and they stay with you if you leave. Hosting is included in every plan; the domain is separate, about 12 USD a year.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You give us access to Google and Meta by invitation, and you can remove it whenever you want. The setup service works the same way.
Does the AI receptionist say that it is an AI?
Yes, always, at the start of every call. It never says it is a person. You can hear a sample greeting in the demo call.
Does the receptionist make calls or send texts?
No. It only answers incoming calls. We don't make sales calls and, for now, we don't send text messages.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. The receptionist answers through call forwarding from your line, all the time or only after hours. How you turn on forwarding depends on your phone company, and we walk you through it.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
300 minutes included on the full plan (100 after hours, 700 on Plus); if you get close to the limit, we email you (we check your minutes every week) and you choose: move up a plan or extra minutes at 0.25 USD; never an extra charge without your permission. Your monthly report, sent by email, shows your calls and the minutes you used. Use the minute estimator to see what you would need.
How much is sales tax?
In Iowa, the receptionist and physical products (T-shirts, stands, decals, printed kit) carry the Iowa sales tax that applies to your address; websites, hosting and the Google profile do not. Each one goes on its own invoice line, also the objects included in a setup fee. In Nebraska we don't charge sales tax for our services. For physical products, see how their tax works. - We use your data only to provide the service, and we don't sell it. Contact requests from people who do not become customers are deleted after 12 months.
- Providers that process data for us: ElevenLabs (the assistant's voice), OpenAI (the AI model), Google (Gemini, to analyze calls), Cloudflare (this website and our email), Twilio (phone lines) and Stripe (payments).
- This website has no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers.
